Our Story: The Beginning of Oppam
Born in 2023, OPPAM was built on a simple yet powerful idea: What if mental health care could feel like a conversation with someone who truly listens? In a world where therapy often seemed unreachable, we decided to change the narrative.
With over 8000+ therapy sessions conducted, we’ve created safe spaces for people from all walks of life, transforming therapy into something familiar, stigma-free, and deeply human.
Whether it’s a student battling anxiety or a working parent juggling silent struggles, OPPAM stands by the belief that mental health care should be accessible to all, without judgment, without barriers.

We Are Hiring: Counselling & Clinical Psychologists (Full-Time)

What We’re Looking For
As an OPPAM therapist, you will:
- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices.
- Lead webinars, workshops, corporate trainings, and community programs.
- Be part of a growing movement that values outcome-driven care and relational depth.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s/M.Phil in Psychology with full qualifications to practice independently.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and intuitive listening.
- Passionate about making care available for all.
- Experience working in multimodal therapy organizations is a plus.
- Startup mindset: You innovate, adapt, and love improving systems as you go.
