I am an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience working across hospitals, medical colleges, and clinical practice settings. I work primarily with adolescents and adults, helping them navigate emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, life transitions, and challenges in understanding themselves. In therapy, I pay close attention to how our early relationships, lived experiences, and the social worlds we grow up in shape the way we understand ourselves, navigate emotions, and connect with others. I strive to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, where clients can make sense of their emotions and experiences, understand recurring patterns, and move towards a more fulfilling relationship with themselves and the people around them.
