A Doctoral Scholar in Clinical Psychology with hands-on experience in trauma-focused care and third-wave, evidence-based therapies, with a primary focus on CBT and DBT. Works predominantly with adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing concerns related to personality and mood disorders, interpersonal difficulties, trauma-related issues, sexual dysfunctions, and existential or identity-related concerns. Currently engaged in developing a therapeutic module for couple therapy as part of doctoral research, integrating evidence-based and culturally sensitive interventions aimed at enhancing relational functioning, emotional regulation, communication, and attachment security.
