I truly believe that therapy should feel like a space that truly belongs to the client. A place where they don’t have to perform, explain, or be “strong.” A space where their pace is respected, their silence is allowed, and their story is held with care, not judgment. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing or rushing change. It’s about offering a steady presence. so the client can slowly feel safe enough to be real and often, that safety is where healing quietly begins.
